Sample and a Coupon

Good Evening,
Hope everyone is having a good week.  I have been busy cleaning up the house so we can decorate tomarrow.  We got the outside lights up but have not gotten the tree up yet,  we are really late getting to it this year.

I have 3 new card samples for you tonight.  They were made using my Modern Forest Digital Stamp set.  Carol Did beautiful work (as always) on them.  She even included instructions for us!!

 Beautiful day - I used MS Word to position, size and rotate the digitals. Printed 4 times, once on white, then once each on the papers I used for the leaves. Cut the leaves out and ran them thru the xyron and then placed them.  Before placing the leaves on the white, though I added grass with Prismas and Gamsol. Then colored the trunks with Copics. Used Prismas and Gamsol to add a light touch of blue around the leaves and trees - then stuck the leaves on. Layed brown, polka dot green and ribbon on Green back ground. Same with the tree panel - layered. Then put it all together using foam tape under the tree panel.

Birdy - Used Word to position and print. Then printed again on colored paper. Shaded the background with blue chalk. Shaded bird with prismas\gamsol. Cut them out and ran them through xyron. Added stitching. Punhed the board of the green strip. Taped it all up and then stuck the buttons one. Added a little glitter here and there on the bird and leaves.

Owl - layered cardstock to form card. Printed, colored and glittered owl (copics\stickles). Cut the branch free hand out of brown. Printed the saying and layered. Wa-la. Oh yeah and added a bunch of sewing before taping it together.
